+ - Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we are able to ship all around the world and offer various levels of service from white-glove through to simply dropping at port. We have excellent relationships with specialists in fine art handling so they are aware of the value of your order. Always ask us for a quote before ordering as shipping often makes up a larger % of the cost of an order than you may at first imagine.

+ - Can you change the dimensions of furniture?

Most requests are possible, and we will certainly always inquire on your behalf, though with certain brands and designers they do not want to alter the proportions or the concept as it does not represent their original creative vision. Please be aware that reducing the size of an item does not mean the price will reduce proportionately as usually, it will mean creating a new design and a brand new item, not just “reducing” an existing one.

+ - What are your return policies?

For online orders please see our terms and conditions within the website. All standard furniture orders are covered by the manufacturers quality assurance guarantees, and all bespoke and non-standard orders are subject to our terms and conditions also stated on the website

+ - Where are your products made and how are the materials sourced?

Wherever possible, our products are proudly manufactured in Italy, and are subject to stringent controls of quality and manufacturing excellence. Materials used are also sourced in Italy wherever possible. Please be aware that all items are handmade or handfinished and in the case of woods and marbles are subject to natural variations in finish and tone.

+ - What if my order is damaged?

We would expect to see digital images where possible of the damage and we will evaluate the conditions leading to the damage. In most cases we will replace the item in full rather than offer a repair, especially in the case of furniture

+ - Where else can I view your products?

RCHI furniture is exclusively available in the UK and other items have limited distribution in the UK through other dealers. Where possible KOFC tries to be the sole agent or dealer for most of its ranges.

+ - Do you offer credit terms or spread payments?

No. However, bespoke furniture orders or standard furniture orders that have a delivery time of longer than 8 weeks and a value of greater than £5000 require a deposit of 50% at the point of order and 50% balance at 2 weeks in advance of the upcoming completion of the order.

+ - How long does furniture take to order?

Some stock items are available immediately but in general, handmade standard items take 8-12 weeks and bespoke items can take longer. We would discuss these items on a case-by-case basis. We aim to not take longer than 16 weeks for any single item.

+ - Do you offer home visits?

We offer a no-charge complimentary Interior Design consultation that can be arranged within the home counties of the UK. Further afield we would not charge for the service but may charge travel costs, please discuss with us in advance should you wish to take advantage of this service. At busy times it may be required to book this service in advance. For projects abroad, we are able to work with 2D and DWG plans if sent to us by electronic mail.

+ - Can I choose my own fabrics for upholstery? (COM)

Please ask about the possibility. Certain brands and designers are open to this option, others prefer to retain the original concepts of their ranges. Much like altering sizes and proportions, we can always ask the question. As a studio with access to many manufacturers, we may be able to create something fully bespoke for your vision.
