Meet our Sales Manager: Mohammed Dweifel
We pride ourselves on having an excellent level of customer service here at Kings of Chelsea. From the minute the customer walks through the door to presenting the finished result, customer service is key throughout our business. Our Sales Manager has a background of 14 years in sales and is on hand to make sure all of our customers have an excellent experience.
What is your background in sales and how did you come to work for us?
I have worked in sales and specifically in retail for over 14 years and started my career as a part time sales assistant in a store on Oxford street and enjoyed it a lot! I was then promoted to Store Manager and went on to work for the most luxurious department stores in the world such as Harrods, Selfridges and Fortnum and Mason.
I have come to work for Kings of Chelsea after I saw an advert on LinkedIn for a Sales Manager position and looked up all the amazing Roberto Cavalli Interiors which Kings of Chelsea are the exclusive UK dealers for.
What are your top tips for closing a sale?
Top tip is to listen to the customer’s needs and offer what they are looking for! If you do that the sale will naturally close.
What made you want to work with luxury products?
The luxury market has always appealed to me as I appreciate the good things in life as well as the whole atmosphere and type of clients you get when you’re selling a luxury product. I have also travelled so many times to Italy and I understand the quality level in everything Italian.
